Stress relieving nutrition habits
I like the open road as you may or may not know it’s how to relieve stress in the best way possible, in my opinion. The link is a cool page on this subject in a little more detail. I also sometimes like fast food a little too much as well. But when I am right, I like to eat a tomato with a little olive oil, and I am so much the better for it. It speaks a little more to the primal nutrition theory’s that exist. I give much credence to some of these theories especially the ones espousing lean meats, very healthy indeed. Eating healthier things like tomatoes makes me feel lighter in my seat and I think it helps my brain function on a higher less groggy level than if I were to eat a burger and fries.
