Hillary could have made a big difference if Obama had picked her for VP or if he picked someone like John De La vitamin shoppe to run with him . It’s almost as if he thought she might “upstage” him so he had to pick someone else to show that he is thinking independently; however, I am concerned that this is his first bad major decision besides the great vitamin information he exudes - does he care what the people want or does he care about his own ego? At this point, I don’t think that Hillary’s endorsement will help, but I will vote for him because the only way I would ever vote Republican. I like having my rights as a woman and as an agnostic.

Oil and the health and wealth of our country

It is my opinion that in yet another boneheaded attempt to decrease our dependence on overseas oil, the President has issued an executive order to lift the offshore drilling ban, a ban his own father, President H.W. Bush, enacted while President. Drilling is unlikely to commence, however, since Congress would need to repeal a 1981 federal law banning offshore drilling- something they have indicated they are unlikely and unwilling to do. Someone needs to take this President to vitamin world and get him some much needed vitamin information so that he may make well informed decisions rather than the afore mentioned boneheaded ones!

Experts say that any drilling would not have any effect on oil and gas prices here for at least three to five years. And they also say that oil-related businesses would stand to make huge profits, even some one on a caveman diet would know that. Bush also renewed his call to drill in the Alaskan Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, an area thought to contain 10 to 12 billion barrels of oil. It sounds like a lot, but experts insist it is a ‘drop in the bucket’ for insatiable U.S. consumer needs, and that a much more effective policy would be to increase our research and production of alternative fuel sources.

I also pay close attention to the orac value of my food intake as well, because if their is anything the dating scene has tought me, it is the fact that you can never be to careful. I fought my way through traffic all day today and I have got to tell you it is the most stressful thing in the world when you are on your way to anywhere it truly doesn’t matter where and the traffic is moving like goat balls. The best antioxidant for all of this is alcohol, no I am kidding but the best thing to do is to just relax and and enjoy the benefits of multivitamins you can find and watch as you get difined ripped abs come onto your person. Only if it were that easy I think everyone would have ripped abs, shoot I know that I would have ripped abs for myself!

Sitting is so awesome and it also allows me to do as much thinking as I have a mind to do. I remember this one time I did so much sitting that the opposite of having my bottom quarters hurt I felt like I was on top of the world. Now of course that is a complete false hood I know that if I were to sit for to long I would certainly be in a world of trouble and I do not want to be in any kind of world that is named trouble. So I got outside of my body and yelled to myself, person lookup for your own good!! I did and I finally got off of my behind and took to the world with a little more ferver than ever before!

College years are truly your most formative, you can start to tell what the majority of people are going to turn into when they start down this road of discovery. Some of them will fade into the distance while others will shine through like a burning light of freedom. A lesson in how to deal with stress is figuring out at an early age where your talents lie. Discovery can be a young persons damage control master formula in a sense because of the need to open yourself up to change. I know that the adventure that young people will embark upon will with no doubt whatsoever completely change a person for ever.

Some people say yo humpty you look funny lookin, that’s all right cause I get things cookin. Who could forget these timeless words by none other than Shock G of the wonderful musical group Digital Underground. Know he’s no rapper like omega 3 capsules or that other great rapper, the vitamin shop, but hey who could be able to rhyme with these afore mentioned cats. I mean when Vitamin Shop came out with that one joint helath blog, the whole world went nuts!!! I do enjoy the musical stylings of the very famous Digital Underground. I think that mister Shock G is a pioneer and an entrepeneur in the music industry. If wack ass rappers can win grammy’s then why not have actually talented rappers win some awards as well? Shock G and Digital Under ground have a lot more talent then a lot of what is out there today.

My father is around for the holidays and I love my dad but God dammit! He is such a freakin lush!
I have tried my best to orchestrate a normal Christmas this year, I have made all the necessary arrangements for a wonderful and beautiful merry Christmas. I have tried talking to my Dad telling him that I love him and that all the bad shit that he did in the past can be forgotton and slate wiped clean, if he can just lay off the booze. I got him a weight loss shake membership, he call it a membership, for Christmas. I know that the best antioxidant for him would be to just lay of the drinks and get involved with what is left of his family.

I tell him all the god damned time, dad just get online and buy a product that actually works! He never listens to me, its like I am still seven years old or some damn thing. This is your first clue, when the hair starts to fall out of the top of your head because of stress, it’s time to start to think about a new approach. He really needs to learn how to relieve stress. I have even suggested the multivitamin that I take which I think is the best multivitamin in the world. But all he has to say is, look I don’t need any vitamins, I got the good Lord up above and he will take care of me. God sometimes works through others for crying out loud. I am your child just take my advice for once in your life, I am not a little kid anymore I am a freaking adult for cryinjg out loud.

Stress relieving nutrition habits

I like the open road as you may or may not know it’s how to relieve stress in the best way possible, in my opinion. The link is a cool page on this subject in a little more detail. I also sometimes like fast food a little too much as well. But when I am right, I like to eat a tomato with a little olive oil, and I am so much the better for it. It speaks a little more to the primal nutrition theory’s that exist. I give much credence to some of these theories especially the ones espousing lean meats, very healthy indeed. Eating healthier things like tomatoes makes me feel lighter in my seat and I think it helps my brain function on a higher less groggy level than if I were to eat a burger and fries.
